I started in this business to help people. What keeps me here is the moment I hand over the keys — seeing a family step into a home they did not think they could afford, or a veteran unlock a benefit they did not know they had. Every loan I close is a milestone in someone’s life.
My Story
I have been happily married for over 32 years, and my proudest personal achievement is raising three incredible boys into adulthood. I know what it means to balance a family budget, plan for the future, and make big decisions together.
When I was starting out and purchasing my first home, I wished I had someone to guide me through the process — someone who would explain things clearly without the pressure. That is who I strive to be for every client I work with.
My Approach
I treat every client like family — with care, patience, and total commitment. I am known for thinking creatively when structuring loans and for constant, clear communication throughout the process. Teamwork and transparency are non-negotiable.
I can originate in 45+ states and have helped hundreds of families become homeowners — guiding many through credit improvement along the way.
My Goals
- Close 150 loans a year while still carving out well-earned, memory-making vacations with my family.
- Create a legacy of integrity and excellence for my son to carry forward as he grows in the business.
- Bring joy and value to everyone I meet — whether helping a first-time homebuyer, supporting a local charity, or cheering on fellow professionals.

Outside the Office
When I am not helping buyers, you will find me kayaking on Florida’s springs and rivers, enjoying karaoke nights at home with family, catching live local music around Ocala, and participating in community service projects.
